Refund policy

 

Once the Hire is confirmed by paying for the Hire online or in store and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are not entitled to a refund for the Hire fee. 

You understand that if you wish to cancel the rental of the garment you must provide +One Dress Hire with minimum of 14 days notice prior to the event date. Upon cancellation, you will be entitled to an indefinite credit note for the value of the Hire Price. Alternatively, the garment can be swapped for another date or garment. Any difference in price must be paid. Postage costs are non-refundable.

If less notice is received, it is at the discretion of +One whether you will be entitled to a credit note. +One Dress Hire cannot be held responsible due to any sickness, cancellation of events, change of mind, incorrect fit, signs of general wear (at +One’s discretion) or failure to comply with +One’s terms and conditions. +One Dress Hire is not liable for a previous customer’s failure to return. In this instance, you will receive an indefinite credit note or alternative item.

Due to the nature of our business, hired items may show signs of general wear and tear. While we strive to maintain them in excellent condition, some imperfections may be present.

It is our mission to support and do our part in promoting sustainable fashion by giving item's a longer life. As a result, sign's of wear over time is to be expected. It is at +One's discretion whether an item is in a hireable condition. Minor signs of wear do not detract from the overall look of the garment and or/bag.

In the event you receive your hire and the fit is unsuitable, you understand that you must notify us within 3 hours of receiving the garment (or bag) via email and return the items immediately. A credit note may be issued at our discretion.

Hire credits are only valid for future garment hires and cannot be used for retail purchases, makeup and hair services. Credit notes do not have an expiry date.
